Natural fruit vinegar produced from black elderberries. The black-berried elder is a typical shrub in the Burgenland landscape, and the ripe berries are pciked in early summer, and then fermented into this pungent vinegar. The aroma is reminiscent of wild berries and chocolate. Add a few drops of elderberry vinegar to a cold beef salad, smoked game, tongue of veal, as well as endive salad and vanilla ice cream.
