Chili seed oil
Pure oil from the seeds of ripe chilis is deep red, fruity, and of intense sharpness. The noble, fruit-sharp aroma of this oil is suitable, in small quantities, for the "refinement" of steaks, grills, noodle dishes, and also Asiatic dishes. Also vegetable cream soups, or chocolate desserts can be "refined". Chilis belong to the paprika family, which has reportedly been cultivated for over 7000 years in America. What makes these pods so sharp is the Capsaicin which occurs on the inner surfaces of the chilis and also naturally in the seeds and in the flesh of the fruit.
